Who We Are
East Africa Farmers Promotion is an organization legally registered by Rwanda Development Board (RDB) in 2013 with the purpose of de-risking climate change by improving the lives of Rwanda’s communities through wealth creation and sustainable livelihoods.
Our Mission
Community empowerment for sustainable development. We do this to enable the community to de-rising climate change and exercise improved potential for identifying, analyzing and prioritizing problems causing climate change and for designing and executing feasible plans to address them. In order to achieve this mission, the organization aims at the following goals:
a) Circular economy
b) Wealth creation
c) Food Security
d) Biodiversity and Environmental conservation
e) Community awareness.
What We Do
EAFP is a trusted partner for impact creation. Using home grown solution strategies, we work to provide people’s essential needs; to protect and restore nature; and to stabilize the climate and build more resilient communities. Our purposes is to transform the way the communities manage resources for wealth creation and food production as well organize communities to create a better future for all. We implement different programs touching people, nature and the climate:
